Hi, my name is Fouzia, I graduated as a Dentist from Oxford Dental College, Bangalore, India.
Since my graduation in 2003 I have worked in the field of Dentistry.
Since 2009 I have been part of the Dental Nursing team at Meadowbank Dental Practice.
In May 2020 (during lockdown) I gained my registration with the GDC as a Dental Hygienist/Therapist.
Since my University days periodontology has always been my subject of interest as I like to motivate patients to better gum health. I am excited to be able to do more of that in my new role as a Hygienist.
In my free time I enjoy playing board games with my family. I also like to go on nature walks and read books.
