My name is Magdalena and I am a Practice Manager at MDP.

I work behind the scenes of our practice ensuring it runs smoothly from day to day, helping our team to deliver the highest standards of services and constantly working on improvement of our patient's care.

I am a qualified Dental Hygienist and registered Dental Nurse with 14 years of experience in general and specialist practices.

I qualified as a Dental Hygienist in Poland in 2004 and joined the team at MDP in 2007 as a Dental Nurse. I am passionate about personal development and over the years I gained vast experience and additional qualifications in ChildSmile, orthodontic, surgical and implant nursing.

After a few years of nursing I decided to progress my career further, moving to a management position and gaining Dental Managers qualifications in 2013. I attend courses and training sessions regularly to keep my knowledge up to date.
